Helen Colley

Helen has been in the business for over 20 years. In 1984, Helen set up her own catering company, which became one of the largest outside caterers in Lancashire. Helen is now founder and Managing Director of the makers of premium puddings and chilled desserts for supermarkets and specialist shops, Farmhouse Fare.
