Get the lowdown on mountain cheeses with experienced cheesemonger Chris George of Neal’s Yard Dairy. You’ll be tasting Beaufort, Gruyere, Comte, Fontina and Parmesan, accompanied by local French and Italian wines, before comparing them to the lower altitude cheeses of England and Wales. Places are limited, so book early.
