Tutored Tasting: Cheddar & Stilton

You might think that Cheddar is, well, just Cheddar, but cheesemonger Chris George will soon have you thinking differently. On offer to taste are three different Cheddars, all from Somerset and all with their own distinct characteristics. Then you’ll taste Stilton from different creameries and learn how different techniques affect flavour, all accompanied by artisanal bread and carefully-matched wines. Places are limited, so book early.
