A Taste of Cheshire – just gets bigger
The 2009 Chester Food and Drink Festival promises to be the biggest yet with over over 20,000 visitors expected.
This year's main focus the “Taste of Cheshire” exhibition is hoping to exceed all expectations, again being held at the beautiful Chester Racecourse.
Over 100 exhibitors will be featured at the event, using the centre of the Racecourse surrounding the Parade Ring, the new Pavilion, the Roodee Bar and Grill and the areas surrounding the Saddling Enclosure. This will allow The Chester Food and Drink Festival to create an ever better show for the public with their unique blend of exhibitors, food suppliers, children’s activities, chef demonstrations and food and drink lectures.
The Taste exhibition will be open for 3 days over the Easter weekend from Saturday 11th April – Monday 13th April 09 and is fully supported by Made in Cheshire and Visit Chester and Cheshire. There will be a full programme of activities including demonstrations from local, regional and celebrity chefs featuring Michael Caines, Tony Tobin and our regular Simon Rimmer, as well as producer demonstrations showing the best from the Northwest.
