From sea to plate one day advanced course
This is a one day training course for chefs who want to upgrade their skills with seafood on a Monday or a Friday as of yet it is still to be confirmed at the Main Campus of Blackpool and the Fylde College. Any aspiring students, or chefs who want to further their skills should attend.
You will cover classic fish dishes and more contemporary dishes which suit modern restaurant service.
