How to get into food and drink production workshop

The workshop will cover a wide range of topics throughout the day, simply because there are so many aspects to consider in ensuring your product gets onto the shelf at the right time, at the right quality and at the right cost. The session covers what needs to be done to get a product from the kitchen to the shop shelf. Some of the topics covered are:

Throughout the day, practical solutions will be offered to help you apply the knowledge gained from the workshop to your own business. Following on from the workshop, a member of the enrich team will be available to further support the development of your product and business.

The speaker is Derek Allen, Commercial Manager at enrich. Derek has 30 years experience in the food and drink industry.

Enrich is a specialist service offered by Reaseheath College to the food and drink sector. In partnership with Food Northwest, enrich is running a series of practical marketing and product development workshops.

 Please then send us your cheque to confirm your booking. The fee per delegate is £20 incl VAT and this includes lunch. Cheques should be made payable to Reaseheath College. Please post a copy of your email with your cheque to Enrich, Reaseheath College, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6DF.

Confirmation, full venue details and a receipted invoice will then be sent to you.

No refunds can be made for cancellation after confirmation of bookings.

Substitute delegates will be allowed to attend if the person making the original booking cannot attend.
