Our aim is to help you understand the principles of marketing and how a marketing plan can be developed that will help you increase sales.
You will learn about consumer behaviour and marketing's '4 Ps': price, promotion, product and place’. The course will also involve practical exercises and participants will be able to obtain market information bespoke to their business.
The course also enables participants to pursue a professional qualification in marketing – the Introductory Certificate in Marketing introduced by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2008.
