Chefs Media Training

It can be a scary prospect yet more and more chefs are being asked to showcase their business at the increasing number of markets, events, launches, festivals, media and in house events.

Brian Mellor, award winning Master Chef of Great Britain and seasoned chef demonstrator has developed a media training  programme for Chefs and The Mersey Partnership is pleased to offer this at a subsidised rate for chefs across the Liverpool City Region. 

Run over two days this intensive programme will teach your chef how to demonstrate, give them confidence to go out in front of an audience and will enhance their skills, confidence and job prospects.
