Panzini Culinary Institute Festival

27 - 30 April 2009

Senigallia in the Le Marche region of Italy is twinned with Chester and is where the two famous chefs Mauro Uliassi and Moreno Cedroni live and work.

The Tourist Office of Senigallia in association with the Panzini Culinary Institute is organizing a culinary festival from 27-30 April, 2009.  Vittorio Serritelli will also be participating. The Festival features cookery demonstrations from Mauro Uliassi, Moreno Cedroni and the chefs of the Panzini Institute. In addition the famous Michelin-starred Swedish chef Leif Mannerstrom will be participating in the programme. The emphasis is on fresh fish (straight from the Adriatic Sea) and local fresh produce of Le Marche.

A special course is being offered, designed for accredited chefs only, which is an excellent opportunity to discover the skills and innovations of the modern Italian kitchen. The course itself is free of charge (courtesy of Senigallia Tourism Office & Le Marche Regional Tourism) however participants have to cover the cost of their travel & board and lodging.

Grand Tourist is co-ordinating travel arrangements for the British chefs and is pleased to offer a flight/hotel and transfers package to suit you – including convenient flights, good quality first class hotel accommodation and arrival & departure transfers in Italy.

Prices start at just £385 pp (based on 5 nights hotel accommodation, 3-star hotel, bed & breakfast daily and flights).
