The Dinner Ladies are the Winners of the NW Regional Finals for Market Kitchen's Local Food

The Dinner Ladies are overjoyed to be named as the winners of the North West regional finals for Market Kitchen's Local Food Heroes.
The programme was shown on Monday 23 October at 7 pm on The Good Food Channel (Sky 249) and Brian Turner, celebrity chef, announced The Dinner Ladies as the North West regional winners.
The expert panel of judges, consisting of Thomasina Miers, Michael Caines, Brian Turner, Allegra McEvedy and William Sitwell voted unanimously for The Dinner Ladies to go through to the national finals in London.
All 10 regional winners are now invited down to London to appear on Market Kitchen. The overall national winner will be announced on the show, (to be screened on Friday 11th December), and will receive a fabulous trophy and £5,000 to celebrate their achievement.
