FareShare Zip Slide Challenge!

On Saturday the 16th of July, why not launch yourself off the 30m high Imperial War Museum North and have an exhilarating 250m zip slide across the Manchester Ship Canal, all for fun and a brilliant local cause!
FareShare Zip Slide Challenge

Our question to you is, "Are you brave enough to take on the challenge?"  By taking part you will help raise funds for FareShare Northwest, a regional food redistribution programme helping people in need.

In order to take part you need to simply; register for the event, and then either print off the Sponsorship Form or set up your own Every Click page to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship. (T&Cs apply)   Please book now to avoid disappointment... FareShare aim to get 200 people to take part on the day, but places are filling up fast! An excellent opportunity for teams from work, families and friends alike!

Not only will the zip slide be a fantastic and thrilling experience but you will be helping to support us in our aim to ensure that no food fit food for consumption is sent to landfill in Greater Manchester and the NW region.

Alternatively, if you'd like to make a donation or sponsor FareShare's team in the place of taking part, please send a cheque for 'FareShare North West' or if it's easier, please use Every Click (add your name for recognition purposes - though note, Every Click charge 50p per transaction which currently can't be recovered due to Gift Aid taking 3 months to process!):

Or you can donate directly:

FareShare need to raise over £100,000 each year to coordinate deliveries, run their food depot and delivery van which is why they need your help to raise as much as you possibly can to help keep the project running.

Please register as soon as possible as places are limited. We welcome teams, families and groups of friends - fancy dress is optional!

If you have any questions about the event, please don't hesitate to contact either Karen , Ed or Lucy on 0161 223 8200.
