Final call for entries for Greater Manchester Green Business Award

GREATER Manchester organisations have just over a week to go before entries close for the Chamber’s Greater Manchester Green Business Award at 17:00 next Friday, 9 December.

The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with ENWORKS, the environmental business support service, to launch the prestigious new award in celebration of environmental best practice in Greater Manchester’s business community.

Now confirmed, the judging panel will be:

Organisations of all sizes and sectors across Greater Manchester are eligible to apply, including Chamber members and non-members. There are two categories: Small Business (fewer than 250 employees) and Large Business (250 or more employees).

The shortlist will be announced by mid-January 2012 and the winners will be presented with trophies at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner, at the Manchester Central Convention Complex on Thursday 8 March 2012.
